About Edible WomanMy name is Lindsay, and I like to eat my feelings. People I love, places I’ve travelled, and my fondest memories are all linked to food; I am, for all intents and purposes, edible. On Edible Woman, I lay it all out for others to see – things I’m excited about, people I miss, places I’m homesick for, mistakes and learning experiences – wrapped up generous amounts of butter and sugar.

I live in Edmonton with my boyfriend (and hopefully a dog someday!). When I’m not baking, I read Margaret Atwood books, listen to funk music, and eat my way around town.
